I cook a lot with Italian herbs or seasonings. Now, you can buy a spice jar in your grocery that says "Italian Seasoning", but that usually doesn't last me very long, so I end up just combining other seasonings I have, anyway...
I don't usually measure it. I just dump a bunch of it together.
These are the main ones, but you can also add:
If you like it spicy, add in red pepper flakes as well.
You can use fresh herbs, too, of course....
