I made this up...Delicious!
Sautée pepperoni in a frying pan with Pam until lightly browned. Remove to another platter.
Brown two links of sausage or bratwurst in the same pan. Cook through until no pink is showing.
Put both meats into a food processor. Add a few cups of leftover vegetables. Process until all are diced (not finely diced).
Spread mixture on a microwave-safe plate.
Sprinkle with your favorite italian herbs, such as basil, garlic, and oregano. Sprinkled with 1-2 Cups of shredded cheese.
Microwave for a minute or two, until the cheese is just melted.
Eat it with a spoon!
I used turkey pepperoni, turkey brotwurst, and green beans, but you could use any types of these items.
